How many individuals do I need to be considered a group?
The minimum group requirement for both TUTS Mainstage and TUTS Underground is 10 tickets.

Are there any special discounts for groups?
Groups of 10 or more can recieve discounts on select shows. Also receive 1 free ticket for every 25 tickets purchased for one performance (select performances).

When can I reserve group tickets?
You can reserve tickets for your group as soon as you want! Any orders placed less than one (1) month prior to the performance need to be paid in full at time of purchase (excluding Radio City Christmas Spectacular).

Can I purchase group tickets online?
Yes, by selecting a quantity of 10 or more tickets online, you will automatically be eligable for group savings and benefits.

Can my group purchase tickets individually?
Yes, we can set up a TUTS Online Group Purchasing option for your group.  Please contact Group Sales at 713-558-8888 or groupsales@tuts.com for information about this option.  Additionals fees will apply. 

Is there a service charge for group tickets?
There will be a $20.00 Group Handling Fee for all TUTS Underground and TUTS Mainstage shows charged to each order. Please note, Radio City Christmas Spectacular will have a $50.00 Group Handling Fee per performance.

Can I change my reservation after I pay my deposit?
You may change your reservation at any time prior to the full payment of your order, provided that you continue to meet the minimum group requirement of 10 tickets.

Am I obligated to pay for my order after I place it?
After placing your reservation you may cancel your order at any time prior to full payment. Any ticket order cancelled one week or less from the payment due date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 1/3 of the total purchase amount due. The deposit due at the time of the reservation is non- refundable.

When is full payment due for my group tickets?
Full payment is due at least 30 days prior to the performance for most shows.

How can I pay for my group tickets?
TUTS accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, or you may pay by check or cash. Please make checks payable to TUTS.

How do I get my group tickets?
You may select your method of delivery at the time of your order. You may have the tickets mailed to you or held at the Will Call window at the Hobby Center Box Office. Online purchasers also have the option to have the tickets emailed and printed at home.

Can my group be seated together?
Usually your group will be seated together, but if a show is heavily sold your group may need to be split. We will seat your group as close together as possible, unless you desire otherwise.

Where can our bus park during the performance?
Please be aware there is no official bus parking at Hobby Center for the Performing Arts. To help facilitate traffic in the Theatre District, here are our suggested areas for bus parking. Buses are asked to park on the far right lane of Allen Parkway service inbound, between Gilette & Crosby or on Walker between Smith & Bagby St.

Can our bus driver attend the performance?
Bus drivers are more than welcome to attend any performance, they will need a ticket.

If my group does not have access to a bus, how can I arrange group transportation?

How can I make this event even more special for my group?
Make your group event a truly memorable occasion by planning a private pre- or post-show reception in Founder’s Room at the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts, providing extraordinary views of downtown Houston. What do I need to do in order to reserve group tickets?
Reserve your group tickets with a non-refundable deposit, with the Final Balance due at least one month prior to your chosen performance (unless otherwise noted).
