Subscriber Benefits
As a Theatre Under the Stars season subscriber, you can take advantage of special benefits that enhance the experience you will have at a TUTS musical. If you have any questions regarding your benefits, please call a Subscriber Service Representative at 713.558.8887 or e-mail boxoffice@tuts.com.
Priority Seating
- Select your SEATS before single tickets are offered to the public.
Easy Ticket Exchange
- Only subscribers may exchange tickets for another performance of the same show.
- Exchanges are $2.50 per ticket for non-VIP members, plus any difference in the subscription value of the ticket(s).
- New this year, subscribers may request ticket exchanges online.

Best Discount
- Get the best prices over single ticket buyers.
- Purchase additional individual tickets in advance of the general public and get a discount for most shows.
Renewal Priviliges
- Subscribers are guaranteed to have first choice of keeping their same seats or upgrading them before tickets are offered to new subscribers or single ticket buyers
Ticket Insurance
- If you have lost or misplace your tickets, the box office will reprint your subscription tickets and hold them at Will Call. Please note that lost tickets may not be exchanged.
Season Parking Pass
- Have the luxury of purchasing a parking pass for the Hobby Center garage or Theatre District parking facilities. Starting with the 2008-2009 Season, parking passes will be $42.
