TUTS Digital Tickets

Accessing your digital tickets is only a click away! Your digital tickets are available 30 days prior to your performance. Even if you have printed tickets, you may still utilize digital tickets for entry to your event.

Mobile Devices

1. To access your tickets via your mobile browser, visit my.tuts.com.
   
2. Login to your account using your email address and password. Make sure you enter the same email address you used when purchasing your seats. (Select “Reset Password” if you have forgotten your password. You will receive a reset email.)
3. Click on your Account Icon.
   
4. Click on “Your Upcoming Events.” From here, you can access digital tickets or you may choose to print your tickets.

Desktop Computer

1. To access your tickets via your desktop computer, visit my.tuts.com.
   
2. Login to your account using your email address and password. Make sure you enter the same email address you used when purchasing your seats. (Select “Reset Password” if you have forgotten your password. You will receive a reset email.)
3. Click on your Account Icon.
   
4. Your tickets will appear under “Your Upcoming Events.” From here, you can access print-at-home tickets.
