TUITION

The River – Spring 2015 Young Adult Program: $160

##### Location

All classes, unless otherwise noted, are offered at the Metropolitan Multi-Service Center located at 1475 West Gray, Houston, TX, 77019. MAP

##### Eligibility

Although there are no restrictions based on diagnosis or mobility, River staff reserves the right to withdraw a child from the program if he/she poses a safety risk to participants, staff, or volunteers; if the child poses a safety risk to him/herself; if the child is unwilling to stay in the classroom the majority of class time, and/or if the child frequently disrupts classroom activities.

Registration Fee: $15 per student
Returned Check: $30

##### Cancellation Policy

The River Performing and Visual Arts Center does not provide refunds partial or full once enrolled in a class with out approval of the Executive Director. Should a conflict occur before a scheduled class begins, students may transfer into a later session.

##### Nurse and Medical Information

A registered nurse is on duty. Please provide detailed medical information on the Registration Form. If medication needs to be dispensed, a permission form must be completed.

### Registration Deadlines

Registration deadline for Fall 2014 Young Adult Programming is Monday, September 8, 2014.

##### Confirmation of Registration

You will be emailed a packet that includes a confirmation of registration and information about dress and other important program facts.

##### Financial Aid

Assistance is available based on financial need.

In order to be considered, please complete the following:

Financial Aid Application
Spring 2015 Young Adult Program Registration Form (please use this form if applying for financial aid)
– Your most recent year’s tax return
– Complete the Registration Form and Submit the Registration Fee. This must be submitted in order to be considered.

Funds are limited and awards are made for partial or full tuition based on the students’ need and the availability of funds. Awards are not transferable to other students or other semesters.

All recipients are required to complete an end of semester evaluation and submit a thank you note to the Binstock Financial Aid Fund.
