TUTS Volunteers – Supporting Cast

All the world’s a stage, as show people like to say. Here at Theatre Under The Stars we are dedicated to enriching life through the experience of quality musical theatre and positively impacting lives beyond the stage through innovative education and community outreach initiatives.

We would love to have you join our stage and mission by volunteering your time for an enjoyable and exciting cause. TUTS thrives through the contributions our Supporting Cast: volunteers who are involved in many of the thrilling aspects of the theatre’s operations and classrooms. No matter what your background is, you will always feel at home with the TUTS family.

Join us by acting in the following roles:

Behind the Scenes: Administration

Join us behind the scenes by volunteering to support our staff in the Marketing, Development, Education, and Patron Services departments. Projects may include addressing envelopes, filing, data entry, and other administration duties. These are scheduled projects which are available on an as needed basis at the administration offices Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

Production: Patron Services

We are always looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to help us make sure our productions are running smoothly! We need volunteers support employees in various capacities in our Box Office and Boutique. These activities are in conjunction with our productions and normally occur during the evening and weekends after normal business hours.

  • Volunteers in the Box office will assist patrons with their tickets at the Will Call window an hour and a half before the show begins.
  • Volunteers in the Boutique assist patrons with their purchases before the show, during intermission, and following the performance.

To join in the fun, complete an application. Be sure to indicate your interest in patron services.
