EXCHANGE YOUR SEATS WITHIN THE SAME SHOW*
You may exchange your tickets from one performance of a show into another performance of the same show, if you make the request at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance. Ticket exchanges can be made online at tuts.com/ticketexchange or by calling 713-558-8887.
There is a $2.50 exchange fee per ticket. This fee is waived for Founder’s Club, Director’s Club, Stage Door Circle, Star Patron and Patron donor levels.

If the newly assigned seats are of a greater value than those being exchanged, the subscriber will be charged the difference in price. If the new seats are of lesser value, the subscriber will not receive a refund for the difference.
SWAP YOUR SEATS INTO ANOTHER SHOW*
Once per season, you may swap your seats from one show for an equal number of seats at another show in the season – free of service charges. Your request must be made at least 24 hours prior to your earliest scheduled performance. You may swap your tickets in person at the TUTS Box Office or by calling 713-558-8887.

SAVE ON ADDITIONAL TICKETS*
Subscribers save 10% off additional seats for family and friends. Donors at the Founder’s Club, Director’s Club, Stage Door Circle, Star Patron and Patron levels receive 20% off additional tickets for all performances in the season. You can purchase tickets online by logging in to your subscription account, and your discount will automatically be applied.
You can also purchase discounted tickets by phone at 713-558-8887. Please identify yourself as a TUTS subscriber when you call.
*Subject to availability. The Hobby Center requires a $5.50 facility fee per ticket.
REPLACE LOST TICKETS
If you’ve lost or misplaced your tickets, we will replace them free of charge. Call us at 713-558-8887 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to request ticket replacements. We will reprint your tickets and hold them at Will Call at the TUTS Box Office beginning 90 minutes before curtain time for your next scheduled performance.
TURN YOUR TICKETS INTO A TAX-DEDUCTIBLE DONATION
If you have tickets you are unable to use, you can donate them back to TUTS at least 24 hours before your performance date. As a non-profit 501(C)3 organization, we’ll send you a donation receipt for the value of your seats. Please click here to access the donation request form.
SAVE 10% AT OUR GIFT SHOP
When you come to see a show, be sure to stop by our gift shop, Encores. We have unique items for musical theatre fans, and subscribers save 10% on all purchases. Simply display your subscriber membership card or your subscriber ticket prior to purchase.
